一、项目介绍
内蒙古财经大学国际教育学院为来华留学生提供汉语进修项目。学院具有多年留学生汉语培训办学经验，教师教学经验丰富、教学效果显著，学校环境优美，地理位置优越。学院同时会安排丰富多彩的课余活动。
本项目为有志于学习汉语、了解中国文化和提高汉语实际应用能力的外国学生而设置，课程分为初级班、中级班两个层次，根据学生实际水平灵活调整教学方式和内容。内蒙古财经大学汉语进修项目欢迎您！
二、课程设置
设有两个班级：
1.汉语初级班（初学者）
2.汉语中级班（HSK2-3级）
主要课程：汉语综合课、听说课、读写课、HSK强化课等。
三、申请条件
1.身心健康、自觉遵守中国法律及学校规章制度；
2.满18周岁以上；
3.取得高中毕业证书或同等学力证明。
四、学习期、入学、申请时间
可申请1学期或1学年（两个学期）语言进修）两种学习时段，每周大约24-30课时，入学时间均为2025年9月。

五、提交材料
1.入学申请表（“内蒙古财经大学自费留学生入学申请表”,见附件1）；
2.有效护照信息页；
3.最后学历证明和成绩单（附公证的中文或英文译本）；
4.《外国人体格检查表》（见附件2，按照检查项目进行检查。检查结果有效期为6个月）；
5.无犯罪记录证明（附公证的中文或英文译本）；
6.申请费支付凭证（400元）。
六、面试、录取时间
2025年7月进行线上面试，面试通过者缴纳学费和住宿费之后，2025年8月份学校为被录取学生发放电子版“录取通知书”和 《外国留学人员来华确认表》（JW202）或《短期来华留学生信息 表》（DQ）。
七、费用（通过银行支付）
1.入学前缴纳费用：
（1）学费：5000元/1学期；10000元/1学年；
（2）住宿费：学校提供学生宿舍，住宿费2000元/1学期；4000元/1学年；
到学校报到办理入学手续之后缴纳的以上费用不退。
2.入学之后缴纳的其他费用：
（1）居留许可费：400元/1学期；800元/1学年；
（2）体检费：按实际费用金额支付（大约350元）；
（3）保险费：按照保险公司实际价格付费，大约400元/1学期、800元/1年；
（4）教材费：按实际价格付费。
八、奖学金
汉语进修期间，每学期末根据学生学习成绩和平时表现，评定“优秀学生奖学金”。
一等奖学金：1500元/学期；
二等奖学金：1250元/学期；
三等奖学金：1000元/学期。

1. Introduction to the Program
The School of International Students at Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics provides Chinese language courses for international students. We have many years of experience in providing Chinese language training for international students. The teachers are experienced and have significant teaching results. You will benefit from the beautiful campus environment and superior geographical location. The arrangement of a variety of extracurricular activities will give you a colorful school life, too.
The School of International Students at Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics offers Chinese language courses for international students, focusing on developing their Chinese language foundation and communication skills. The Chinese courses are divided into two levels; beginner level and intermediate level, with teaching methods and content adjusted according to the Chinese language proficiency of the students. Welcome to Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics.
2. Course settings
The School of International students offer a rich array of language courses and cultural experience activities for students, including Comprehensive Chinese Course, Chinese Listening, Chinese reading, Chinese Speaking, and Chinese writing, HSK tutoring, Chinese Culture, and so on. The students will be classified into two types of classes, according to their Chinese proficiency.
(1). Beginner Class
(2). intermediate class（HSK2-3）
3.Qualifications for Application
(1). Both physically and mentally be in a good condition, consciously abide by Chinese laws and regulations, and have no criminal record.
(2). Basically aged 18-30,
(3) Foreign nationals with a high school diploma (or a certificate quals to high school diploma), or higher education,
4.Application Time and Admission Time
The academic system is divided into one semester and one academic year, full-time study methods. Classes would be held 24—30 hours per week.

5.Application Materials
1.A completed “International Students Admission Application Form of Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics（see the attachment1）；
2. A color scan of passport’s main page (if the applicant is currently in China, all relevant visa pages must also be scanned)
3. A color scan of the highest degree certificate and academic transcript (in Chinese/English)
4. please download the form from the the attachment 2, and do the examination. The valid period of the Physical Examination Record is six months）；A color scan of the “Physical Examination Record for Foreigners” will be needed for the application
5. An official criminal record certificate or certificate of no disciplinary violations during school.
6.A Payment receipt for application fee.
6.The Time for Interview and the Time for Admission
Online interviews will be held in July 2025. And the successful applicants need to pay the tuition and accommodation fees online. Then an electronic “Admission Letter” and “Confirmation Form on Foreign Students” (JW202) or an “Information Form on Short-term International Students” (DQ)will be sent to the admitted students in August 2025.
7. Related costs
First, the following fees need to be paid after enrollment registration and are non-refundable.
(1) Tuition: 5000RMB/semester/1 person; 10000RMB/school year/1 person
(2) Accommodation fee: The school provides student dormitories; accommodation fee is 2000 RMB/semester; or 4000 RMB/school year.
Second, Other fees:
(1) fee for Residence permission: 400RMB/semester; 800RMB/school year.
(2) Physical examination fee: about 350RMB
(3) Medical Insurance: 400RMB/1semester, 800RMB/1year.
(4) Textbook fee:
8.Scholarship
During school time Scholarship for Excellent Students will be awarded according to the academic transcript/records and appearance at class and other school activities.
First degree： 1500 RMB for one semester；
