Liaodong University International Chinese Language Teacher Scholarship Admission Guide（2025）
为适应新形势，推进国际中文教育事业的发展，辽东学院作为中国教育部中外语言交流合作中心国际中文教师奖学金生招生资质院校，根据《国际中文教师奖学金管理办法》开展研修生招生工作。
To adapt to new circumstances and promote the development of international Chinese language education, Liaodong University, as an institution qualified by the Center for Language Education and Cooperation of the Ministry of Education of China, conducts the recruitment of Program.Students in accordance with the International Chinese Language.Teacher Scholarship Management Regulations.
一、资助对象 Eligibility Criteria
1.非中国籍人士。
Non-Chinese citizens.
2.身心健康，品学兼优。
Physically and mentally healthy with excellent academic and moral conduct.
3.有志于从事汉语教育、教学及汉语国际推广相关工作。
Aspiring to engage in Chinese language education, teaching, or international promotion of Chinese.
4.年龄为16-35周岁，在职汉语教师放宽至45周岁，本科奖学金申请者一般不超过25周岁。
Aged 16-35 (In-Service Chinese language teachers may be extended to 45; undergraduate scholarship applicants should generally not exceed 25).
二、奖学金类别及申请条件
Scholarship Categories and Application Requirements
1.一学年研修生 One-Academic-Year Program
资助期限为11个月，原则上不录取3年内享受过同类奖学金的申请者。
Funding duration: 11 months. Applicants who have received similar scholarships within the past 3 years are generally not accepted.
汉语言文学方向，汉语考试成绩达到HSK（四级）180分和HSKK（中级）60分，有效期两年内；
Chinese Language and Literature: HSK (Level 4) 180 and HSKK (Intermediate Level) 60; valid within 2 years.
国际中文教育方向，汉语考试成绩达到HSK（三级）270分及具有HSKK成绩，有效期两年内；
International Chinese Education: HSK (Level 3) 270 and HSKK score; valid within 2 years.
汉语研修方向，汉语考试成绩达到HSK（三级）210分，同时提供HSKK成绩者优先，有效期两年内。
Chinese Language Study: HSK (Level 3) 210, priority given to applicants with HSKK scores; valid within 2 years.
2.一学期研修生 One-Semester Program
资助期限为5个月，原则上不录取3年内享受过同类奖学金的申请者。
Funding duration: 5 months. Applicants who have received similar scholarships within the past 3 years are generally not accepted.
汉语言文学、国际中文教育等方向，汉语考试成绩达到HSK（三级）180分及具有HSKK成绩，有效期两年内；
Chinese Language and Literature/International Chinese Education: HSK (Level 3) 180 and HSKK score; valid within 2 years.
太极文化方向，具有HSK成绩，同时提供HSKK成绩者优先，有效期两年内。
Tai Chi Culture: HSK score required, priority given to applicants with HSKK scores; valid within 2 years.
三、 申请流程 Application Procedures
1.用chrome浏览器登录网站http://www.chinese.cn选择“国际中文教师奖学金管理系统”板块注册申请。
Use Chrome browser to visit http://www.chinese.cn, register and apply under the“International Chinese Language Teacher Scholarship Management System” section.
2.推荐机构类别：选择“hsk考点（非孔院）”。
Recommending Institution Category: Select “hsk考点（非孔院）”
3.推荐机构名称：选择“辽东学院”。
Recommending Institution Name: Select “辽东学院”.
4.接收院校（即第一学校）：选择“辽东学院”。
Host Institution (First Choice): Select “辽东学院”

四、报名日期及入学时间
Application Deadlines and Enrollment Dates
1.一学年研修生 One-Academic-Year Program
报名日期为每年3月1日—5月15日，入学时间为当年9月。
Application Period: March 1st to May 15th annually;
enrollment in September of the same year.
2.一学期研修生 One-Semester Program
报名日期分别为
Application Periods:
（1）每年 3 月 1 日—5 月 15 日，入学时间为当年 9 月；
March 1st to May 15th annually; enrollment in September of the same year.
（2）每年3月1日—10月31日，入学时间为次年3月。
March 1st to October 31st annually; enrollment in March of the following year.
3.四周研修生Four-Week Program
（1）每年3月1日—4月15日，入学时间为当年7月；
March 1st to April 15th annually; enrollment in July of the same year.
（2）每年 3 月 1 日—9 月 15 日，入学时间为当年 12 月。
March 1st to September 15th annually; enrollment in December of the same year.
五、关于在职中文教师和汉语桥获奖者
Notes for In-Service Chinese Teachers and Chinese Bridge Winners
1.在职中文教师 In-Service Chinese Teachers
在职中文教师申请各类奖学金，应提供就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信，同等条件下优先录取。
Applicant who is In-Service Chinese Teacher must submit an employment certificate and recommendation letter from their institution; priority admission under equal conditions.
2.汉语桥获奖者 Chinese Bridge Winners
在各类汉语桥比赛中获得“国际中文教师奖学金证书者”登录国际中文教师奖学金网站，凭奖学金证书向学校提交申请材料。
Applicant who wined of the “International Chinese Language Teacher Scholarship Certificate”in Chinese Bridge competitions may submit application materials to the university with the certificate.
