一、学校简介

井冈山大学是江西省人民政府和教育部共同重点支持建设高校，是同济大学对口支援高校，是一所融研究生教育、普通本科教育和留学生教育于一体的全日制综合性公立大学。

学校位于中国东南部的江西省吉安市，于1958年创办。现有4个校区，校园面积2454亩，校舍建筑面积约68万平方米，教学科研设备总值约3.56亿元，图书馆藏书225万余册，“三级甲等”附属医院1所。

学校设有15个教学学院（部）和3个管理型学院，现有招生专业66个，涵盖经济学、法学、教育学、文学、历史学、理学、工学、农学、医学、管理学、艺术学等11个学科门类。现有全日制在校本科生1.7万余人，硕士研究生120人，另有各类成人教育学生1万余人。学校现有专任教师1078人，其中教授130人、副教授374人；具有博士学位教师304人，具有硕士学位教师714人。

学校坚持开放办学，重视与国际交流合作，先后与美国、英国、俄罗斯、韩国、日本等20多个国家（地区）的59所高等院校建立了合作关系。自2007年招收首批留学生以来，我校共招收留学生1115人，其中学历生1014人，非学历生101人，留学生规模位居江西省高校前列。现有留学生共计445人，生源国29个，主要来自南亚、非洲、大洋洲等国家。

二、招生类别、专业与计划数

(一）学历生：

1.土木工程本科专业：40人

2.临床医学本科专业：80人（为预报计划数）

（二）非学历生：

汉语进修：人数不限

特别提醒:

若符合条件的申请者人数低于15人，学校有权取消开班。

三、学制设置

（一）学历生：

1.土木工程本科专业：学制四年

分春季班和秋季班

2.临床医学专业：学制六年

秋季入学，采取“1+5”模式，即大学一年级主要学习汉语，另开1-2门专业基础课程。一年级结束前通过HSK三级（150分及以上）考试者方可进入二年级学习，未通过者可选择留级或退学，选择留级者最长学制不超过八年。

（二）非学历生：

汉语进修：

1.三个月：分春季班和秋季班。春季班学习时间自2020年4月10日至2020年7月9日止，秋季班自2020年10月10日至2021年1月9日止。

2.一学期：学习时间依据校历安排按时开学和结课，与常规学历生同步。

四、招生对象

（一）学历生：年龄在18周岁至25周岁之间，具有高中及以上文化程度的非中国籍公民。

（二）非学历生：年龄在18周岁至25周岁之间，具有高中及以上文化程度的非中国籍公民。

五、申请时间与入学条件

（一）申请时间

1.本科学历生：春季班申请截止时间为2019年12月31日，秋季班申请截止时间为2020年7月31日。

2.语言进修生（非学历）：春季班申请截止时间为2020年2月29日，秋季班申请截止时间为2020年8月31日。

（二）入学条件

1.所有申请者须持有效的外国护照、高中（含）以上毕业证或同等学力证书，身心健康、品行良好、无犯罪记录；愿意遵守中国政府的法律和学校的规章制度，尊重中国人民的风俗习惯。

2.申请土木工程专业的本科生，英语、数学、物理课程单科成绩必须不低于该门课程总分的60%。

3.申请临床医学专业的本科生，英语、生物、化学课程单科成绩原则上不低于该门课程总分的65%。

六、申请所需材料与申请方式

（一）申请所需材料

1.《井冈山大学来华留学生入学申请表》

2.高中或高中以上毕业证书及成绩单。

3.有效护照（扫描或复印件）

4.居住地公安机关提供的无犯罪记录证明或就读学校提供的在校期间表现证明。

5.在华个人（含中国人或在中国有固定收入的外国人）或公司的经济担保书；或父母工作单位的收入证明；或银行提供的家庭存款证明。

6.体检结果报告单（由正规医院出具）

7.个人证件照（与护照照片一致）

8.汉语学习证明或HSK证书复印件（若有）

无论申请者是否被我校录取，上述申请材料均不予退回。

七、录取原则与程序

（一）录取原则

1.在符合入学基本条件的前提下，本科生的录取按照“分数优先”的原则，从高分到低分依次录取；语言进修生的录取根据我校收到申请者材料的时间先后顺序依次录取。

2.同等条件下，已获得HSK证书或有汉语学习经历者优先录取。

（二）录取程序

1.材料审核：国际学院在井冈山大学留学生招生工作领导小组指导下，对申请者的材料进行审核，形成拟录取学生名单送招生工作领导小组副组长审定。

2.录取结果审定：副组长对拟录取学生进行审定，审定通过后形成正式报批文件。

3.录取结果审批：将招生工作领导小组组长签发的报批文件以及拟录取学生的JW202表报送省教育厅、省外事办办理审批手续。

4.寄发录取通知书：录取结果批准后，由国际学院向已录取新生寄发录取通知书、JW202表以及入学须知。

八、收费与奖学金制度

（一）收费标准

2.收费说明：①学历生注册费在新生入学时一次性收取，第二年起无该收费项目；②所有新生入学后一周内必须向保险公司购买保险，保险费300-800元/年。逾期不投保的，学校不予注册。

（二）奖学金（人民币）

井冈山大学是江西省政府奖学金招收来华留学生的执行高校，除获取省政府奖学金外，学校还根据相关规定设立了校级优秀留学生奖学金，用于奖励品学兼优的留学生。

1.汉语成绩奖学金：新生入学前，已获得HSK考试三级及以上合格证书者，将视合格证书的等级给予3000-5000元不等的奖学金。

2.土木工程专业奖学金：新生在江西省政府奖学金评审前已经报到并缴清了当年所有费用者，可获得江西省政府奖学金20000元（分两年支付，每年10000元）；同时，在校学习期间还可申请校级奖学金，符合奖学金条件者，每年可获得2000-10000元不等的奖学金。

3.在我校学习的汉语进修生，若结业后继续留至我校攻读学历教育，优先享受省政府奖学金。

Jinggangshan UniversityEnrollment Programs for Foreign Students (2020)

I.Brief Introduction of Jinggangshan University

Jinggangshan University (JGSU) is apubliccomprehensive university, jointly run by Chinese Ministry of Education and Jiangxi Provincial Government, pair-assisted by Tongji University in Shanghai.It offers undergraduate education, graduate education and international studenteducation.

Founded in 1958, JGSU islocated in Ji’an city, Jiangxi Province, southeast of China. It has 4 campusescovering an area of2454 mu, and building area of 680,000square meters. The total value of teaching and research equipmentreaches about 356 millionRMB,andthe library has more than 2.25 million books. It also hasa 3A affiliated hospital with over 1510 beds.

JGSU is composed of 15teaching schools (1 center) and 3 management schools,offering 66 undergraduate majorsthat cover 11 main disciplines (i.e. Economics, Law, Education,Literature,History,Science,Engineering,Agronomy, Medicine, Management, Arts). It currently has 17,000 full-time registered students, including 120 postgraduate students. Besides, it has more than 10,000 adult students for continued education. At present, JGSU has a faculty of nearly1078people, including 130 professors,374 associate professors. Among the faculty are 304 teachers with doctoral degree and 714with master’s degree.

JGSU insists on running the school in an open manner and carrying out extensive international exchanges and cooperation. It hasestablished cooperative relations with 59 institutions of higher learning from Taiwan region and more than 20 countries including the United States, Britain, Russia, South Korea and Japan. In the past three years, nearly 60 teachers and students have been sent to study and exchange abroad each year. The university has started to recruit international student since 2007. Currently, there are 445 undergraduate students mainly from 29 countries in South Asia, Africa and Oceania majoring in clinical medicine and civil engineering.

Ⅲ. Length of Schooling

3.1 Degree Program :

3.1.1Civil Engineering Undergraduate Program: spring program and autumn program are available, the length of schooling is 4 years.

3.1.2 MBBS Undergraduate Program: Autumn Program(if open), the length of schooling is 6 years. For MBBS program, university will adopting the mode of“5+1” , that is, first year students are required to mainly study Chinese language and 1 to 2 basic medicine subjects. After one year’s study, those who pass Chinese Language examination of Level Three (that is, obtain 150 score or above in HSK3) can enter the second year to continue their study. Those who failed are required to repeat the first year or drop out.

3.2 Non-degree Program:

Chinese Language Program:

3.2.1Three-month: Spring Program and Autumn Program are available. Study duration of Spring Program: from about April 10th, 2020 to July 9th, 2020. Study duration of Autumn Program: from about October 10th, 2020 to January 9th, 2021.

3.2.2 One Semester: begin and finish the program according to our university’s teaching calendar of that semester, which goes simultaneously with degree students.

IV.Enrollment Targets

4.1 Degree Program: Aged 18 to 25, with senior high school diplomas or above, non-Chinese citizens.

V. Application Time and Requirements

5.1 Application Time

5.1.1 Undergraduate Degree Programs: The deadline for Spring Program is December 31st, 2019 and July 31st , 2020 for Autumn Program.

5.1.2 Chinese Language Programs: The deadline for Spring Program is February 29th , 2020 and August 31st , 2020 for Autumn Program.

5.2 Application Requirements

5.2.1 All applicants should hold a valid passport, Senior School (or above) diploma, be healthy physically and mentally, be good in character and holds non-criminal record. They will abide by the laws and regulations of Chinese government, obey the university regulations and respect Chinese people’s social custom and habits.

5.2.2 Applicants for Civil Engineering Undergraduate Program should have 60% score or above of the courses, such as English, mathematics and physics.

5.2.3 Applicants for MBBS Undergraduate Program should have 65% score or above of the courses, such as English, chemistry and biology.

VI. Documents Required for Application and ApplicationMethods

6.1.3 Valid passport (scanned copy or photocopy)

6.1.4Non-criminal record provided by their residence police station or proof of school performance provided by his /her current school.

6.1.5 An economic guarantee by a person (either a Chinese or a foreigner who has a regular job in China) or company, or an income proof from parent’s employed organization, or an bank saving statement of family.

6.1.6 Physical examination result from officially recognized hospital.

6.1.7 Photo (The requirements are the same as passport photo).

6.1.8 Chinese language learning experience proofs or HSK Certificate scanned copy (ifhave).

Please understand that we will not return the above-mentioned application documents, no matter whether the applicant is admitted or not.

Ⅶ. Admission Principles and Procedure

7.1 Admission Principles

A.On the premise of meeting basic requirements for admission, undergraduate students are enrolled from high to low scores in accordance with the principle of score priority. Non-degree Chinese language program applicants are enrolledsuccessivelyaccording tothetime we receive their application.

B.On equal terms, those applicants who hold certificates of Chinese Proficiency Test(HSK) or have Chinese learning experience will be preferentially admitted.

7.2 Admission Procedures

7.2.1 Documents Review: under the guidance ofinternational studentsadmission work leading groupof Jinggangshan University, International School is in charge of documents review and drawing up the proposed admission name list, which shall subsequently be submitted to the deputy group leader of admission work leading group for validation.

7.2.2 Admission Validation:deputy group leader validate the proposed admission name list, and the formal document that apply for provincial approval is formed after the admission name list is confirmed.

7.2.3 Admission Approval:send the approval document issued bygroup leader of admission work leading group and JW202 forms of the proposed applicants to provincial Ministry of Education and Foreign Affairs Office, and handle admission approval formalities.

7.2.4Send Admission Notice: after the applicants’ admission status is approved, international school will post admission notice, JW202 form and registration instruction to the admitted new students.

Ⅷ. Charges and Scholarships

8.1.2ChargeDescriptions:

8.1.2.1Registration feeis charged only once. It will be no longer charged from the second academic year to theremaining academic years.

8.1.2.2All freshmen shall purchase insurance within one week after arriving at the university. Insurance fee varies from RMB 300 Yuan to RMB 800 Yuan for one year. The university will refuse to handle registration for those who fail to buy insurance on time.

8.2 Scholarships (RMB)

In addition to the Jiangxi Provincial Government Scholarships, the university has also established excellent International Student Scholarship at the university level in accordance with relevant provisions, to reward those who are excellent both inbehavior and study.

8.2.1Chinese Language Scholarship:any freshman who holds qualified Level Three certificate of Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK3) or above can obtain a scholarship when entering school, the amount of which varies from RMB 3000 Yuan to RMB 5000 Yuan in accordance with the certificate grade.

8.2.2Civil Engineering Scholarship: civil engineeringfreshmen whohave paid off the tuition, room fee and registration fee of the first academic year andget registered beforethe appraisalmeeting of the provincial levelscholarship can obtain provincial scholarship which amounts to RMB 20000 Yuan. Our university will divide the scholarship into two halves: the first year RMB 10000 Yuan and the second year RMB 10000 Yuan.Simultaneously, civil engineering students canalsoapply for the university level scholarship during their schooling. If meet the scholarship-winning requirements, they can get university level scholarship of various grades, the amount of which ranges from RMB 2000 to 10000for each year.

8.2.3Those Non-degree Chinese language program students who succeeds in applying for a seat of degree program in our university will be given priority to obtain the provincial government scholarship.
