Built upon the four-dimensional teaching framework of "Theory-Virtual Practice-Hands-on Operation-Evaluation," the course spans a total of 108 planned class hours. It covers essential topics including plant propagation principles, tissue culture laboratory design, medium preparation, aseptic techniques, test-tube plantlet cultivation, and acclimatization/transplantation. Through 37 practical micro-lessons, 20 plant case studies, and supporting graphic resources, the course enables comprehensive skill development across the entire workflow.

The curriculum emphasizes tissue culture examples across 20 plant species in categories such as flowers, fruits/vegetables, and Chinese medicinal herbs. It integrates elements of craftsmanship and ideological-political education centered on technology-driven agricultural development.
