3.Be familiar with the tissue culture characteristics and factory production standards of 20 plant species across three major categories: flowers, fruits/vegetables, and Chinese medicinal herbs.
4.Understand laboratory management standards, reagent safety protocols, industry quality certification requirements, and the causative mechanisms of common tissue culture issues (such as contamination and browning).

This course serves as a core online boutique program for majors such as Horticulture and Modern Agricultural Technology. It is designed with a focus on "practical skills as the core and standardized procedures as the guideline," deeply aligning with the competency requirements of roles like Plant Tissue Culture Technician and Plant Factory Manager. The course is tailored for both self-directed learning and classroom instruction scenarios.
Built upon the four-dimensional teaching framework of "Theory-Virtual Practice-Hands-on Operation-Evaluation," the course spans a total of 108 planned class hours. It covers essential topics including plant propagation principles, tissue culture laboratory design, medium preparation, aseptic techniques, test-tube plantlet cultivation, and acclimatization/transplantation. Through 37 practical micro-lessons, 20 plant case studies, and supporting graphic resources, the course enables comprehensive skill development across the entire workflow.
The curriculum emphasizes tissue culture examples across 20 plant species in categories such as flowers, fruits/vegetables, and Chinese medicinal herbs.
